Associate Professor of International Law Department at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian University Dr Beibit Shangirbayeva who holds Candidate’s Degree in Jurisprudence, PhD degree from Italian Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies is a first Kazakh female who published a monograph in English in the renowned world publisher Wolters Kluwer. The monograph was published this summer and belongs to the famous series of multi-volume International Encyclopaedia of Laws.
