On November 19, 2021, the X-th International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic was held in Moscow with the organization of the Law Institute of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia: «Globalization and Public Law». The head of the department «Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law», Candidate of Law, Professor Saktaganova I.S. successfully spoke at the conference on the topic: «State regulation of the transition from a «solidary» to a «cumulative» pension system».
Doctoral students of the 2nd and 3rd courses of the Educational program 8D04201 – Jurisprudence took an active part Surkova S.S. with the theme «The state in matters of human protection from domestic violence in Kazakhstan», Zhumabekova D.A. on the topic: «Some legal issues of the functioning of endowment funds in the field of higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan with elements of comparative analysis». The approbation of research topics on doctoral dissertations aroused genuine interest among the conference participants, and mutually beneficial cooperation projects between universities were proposed.
