On October 27, 2022, in auditorium No. 344, a meeting was held with the head of the Enforcement Proceedings Department of the Department of Justice of Astana – B.M. Yerkinbek with students of the 4th year of the educational program "6B04202 - International Law" on the topic: "Fulfillment of the requirements of the enforcement document".
In a detailed conversation, B.M. Yerkinbek highlighted in detail the issues of measures to ensure the execution of enforcement documents, in particular, the seizure of the debtor's property, including money and securities held by him or other individuals or legal entities, the seizure of the debtor's movable or immovable property, the prohibition of the debtor to perform certain actions, the temporary restriction on departure of an individual, the head (acting) of a legal entity that is a debtor from the Republic of Kazakhstan in cases of non-fulfillment of the requirements of enforcement proceedings.
The meeting with the head of the department was held in a lively atmosphere, as students actively participated in the conversation, asking a large number of questions on the problems of enforcement proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
