Meeting of graduate students of the Faculty of Law with representatives of the Chamber of Notaries of Nur-Sultan

 

December 4, 2019 in the main building of ENU. L.N. Gumilyov held a meeting of employers in the person of the chairman of the Notary Chamber of the city of Nur-Sultan Aikesheva Aigerim Muratovna, the deputy chairman of the Notary Chamber of the city of Nur-Sultan Zholamanova Zholamanova Saltanat Nagymetkyzy with graduate students in the specialty "Law".

The event was attended by: Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Ibragimov Zh.I. Aldasheva L.S., head of the career and business partnership department, and I.S. Saktaganova, head of the department of TiIHP, KP, as well as the faculty of law faculty responsible for the employment of S.S. Kapsalyamova, K.U. Orazaliev, Abildinova R.A., Drokin Yu.N., Zhenisov S.K., Ahanov A.A. and graduate students in the specialty "Jurisprudence".

 

The dean of the faculty opened the event by telling about the requirements for employment, as well as about compulsory completion after completion of training in the level of master's and doctoral studies. The faculty has a contingent of graduates by educational level: master's and doctoral programs comprise 73 students. Of these, in the specialty “Jurisprudence”, 26 people study in the magistracy, 16 people in the magistracy with the English language of instruction, 5 people in the experimental educational curriculum, 4 people in doctoral studies. In the specialty "International Law": 17 students in a master's program with the English language of instruction, 5 people study in doctoral studies.

 

        Then they gave the floor to Aygerim Muratovna, Chairman of the Nur-Sultan Chamber of Notaries, Aygerim Muratovna, Nur-Sultan, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Notaries, Zholamanova Saltanat Nagymetkyzy. Aikesheva A.M. determined that a notary can be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has reached the age of twenty-five years, has a higher legal education, at least two years of experience in the legal profession, who has been trained by a notary for a period of at least one year, attested by the Attestation Commission of Justice and obtained a license for the right to engage in notarial activity, unless otherwise provided by the Law on Notaries. Licensing of notarial activities is carried out by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

            Zholamanova Saltanat Nagymetkyzy: “Licenses for the right to engage in notarial activity have been issued since 08.15.2011 only in electronic form. The procedure for obtaining a license for the right to engage in notarial activities is regulated by order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 2015 No. 20 “On some issues of licensing of advocate and notarial activities”, the Standard for the provision of public services “Issuing a license for the right to engage in notarial activity”, approved by order of the Minister Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.24.2015, No. 232 ". And also gave a brief description of the activities, legal status, competence of notaries.

All graduates took an active part in the event, having received answers to the questions posed. The dean of the faculty summing up the event, thanked all those present for their active participation.
