"Issues of spiritual modernization in the Message of the President" meeting of members of the Political Council of the Party Nur Otan "
On February 12, 2019, a meeting of members of the Political Council of the Nur Otan Party with the labor collectives of Astana was held. The event was attended by deputies of the maslikhat of Astana, public figures, employees of the Party Office of the Astana city branch of the Nur Otan party, doctor of law, associate professor of the theory and history of state and law, constitutional law Zh.I.Ibragimov.
The meeting of the members of the Political Council of the Nur Otan Party was opened with a special session devoted to the implementation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the program article "Looking to the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness." The discussion was attended by representatives of regional branches and primary party organizations of Astana.
In his speech, Zh.I. Ibragimov was noted, “everyone wants to live in a prosperous, strong and safe state, in which modernization processes take place from year to year, and education and healthcare are being developed. This is precisely the aim of the program article “Looking into the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness” and the Message to the People of Kazakhstan, the Head of State.
Participants of the meeting took an active part in the discussion of the issues of the implementation of the “Tugan Zher” project. The cult of knowledge, the preservation of national identity, the role of the book in the life of the young generation, the issues of full and high-quality implementation of the practice of daily life medical insurance and the motivation of Kazakhstanis for a healthy life were also the subject of wide discussion among the participants of the meeting.
Zh.I. Ibragimov He also stressed that the program “Rouhani zagyru” needs to be filled with new content and directions. In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, new projects have already been launched: “Au-el Besigi” and “Oz Zherіңdі tanyp bil”, which will give additional impetus to the development of the program.
At the end of the event, the participants came to the general opinion that, thanks to political stability and public consensus, all conditions were created in Kazakhstan to modernize the economy and improve the social status and quality of life of the people.
