Introduction of administrative justice

 On 31 October 2019, the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a round table on the introduction of administrative justice in the light of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was attended by deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament, representatives of the Supreme Court, interested State bodies, as well as the scientific community of Kazakhstan.

During the round table, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Zh.I. Ibragimov noted that the presumption of guilt is recognized by all state bodies when considering cases with in court, when the second party is ordinary Kazakhstanis. All in order to protect the rights of citizens who remain one-on-one against the entire state apparatus. Such provisions are included in the new draft Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Deputy Minister of Justice Pang N.V. in the performance noted that "As - body of developer of the draft of "The administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" it is important to Ministry of Justice to know what problems not only bodies of administrative practice, but also citizens, legal entities face in law enforcement of standards of "The administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and also called all participants for active participation and discussions of provisions of the bill.

The second part of the event was devoted to discussion of topical issues of administrative legislation.

Following the round table, the participants agreed on the feasibility of:

1. Continuation of work within the framework of the drafting of this draft law, including the provisions of the concept, which was approved at the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities.

2. Taking into account by the developing body of the received proposals to improve administrative legislation by all interested persons.
