Within the framework of the VIII International Scientific and Practical School, a lecture was held by the invited foreign professor Shaikhutdinova G.R.

From November 25 to December 3, the Department of International Law held the VIII International Scientific and Practical School on International Law on the topic: "Actual problems of theory, practice and teaching of international law." The lecturers of the school are Kazakh and foreign professors, scientists, representatives of international organizations and international law firms, practitioners in the field of international law.

On December 3, 2021, a guest lecture of Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of International and European Law of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University (Kazan, Russia), Shaikhutdinova Gulnar Raifovna took place. In his speech on the topic: “Asymmetric federalism in Russia. Afterword "lecturer Shaikhutdinova G.R. revealed the history of the Republic of Tatarstan as a subject of international law, about the institution of associated states in international law and the period of history of the Republic of Tatarstan as an associated state with the Russian Federation. 

This lecture aroused great interest among the students of the school, questions were asked.
