3rd year students of the Faculty of Law (Karina Kuzbayeva, Bauyrzhan Nurdaulet, Akylzhanova Akbota, Isaev Daniyar, Serikbayev Damir) took an active part in the International Competition for the best Scientific student Work, which was held by the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Law Institute of the Altai State University on the topic "Current problems of modern state and Municipal Management". The competition was held in order to enhance the research and independent work of students, to deepen the theoretical and practical knowledge of students and to popularize legal science, to develop international cooperation. The supervisor was Ph. D. in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of TGP, KP Kapsalyamova S. S.
The materials submitted for the competition were evaluated by the Competition Commission on a ten-point system (from 0-10 points) according to the following criteria:
- compliance with the Contest theme;
- scientific novelty and relevance of the problem under consideration;
- the scientific level of the work, its independent creative nature;
- availability of judicial practice and other empirical material;
- availability of proposals for improving the legislation,
- use of foreign legislation and its comparative legal analysis;
- design culture.
