On October 31, 2022, 4th-year students of the educational program 6B04201(1) - "Civil Law and Civil Procedure" of the Department of Civil, Labor and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law of the L. N. Gumilev Eurasian National University listened to lectures by judges of the specialized interdistrict Administrative Court.
Ruslan Bakytzhanovich Mazhitov, Chairman of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Astana, made a welcoming speech, who explained to the students the provisions of the new code regulating not only legal proceedings in public law disputes, but also the administrative procedure itself.
In particular, the Judge-Biyakhmetova Bagdagul Dosmagulovna revealed the principle of the court's active role and stopped at collecting additional materials on her own initiative for a comprehensive, complete, objective resolution of all specific circumstances that are important for the correct resolution of an administrative case.
Judge-Kabidoldina Saule Seitbekovna gave examples of judicial practice, statistics on the types of measures of procedural coercion, including monetary penalties.
The judge-Korganbek Aisulu Muratovna gave answers to specific questions from students.
