Students of the Law Faculty of the Eurasian National University in honor of Victory Day (9 May) and Protectors of Motherland (7 May) visited the Museum of Kazakhstan of History of Defense 

in Nur-Sultan.The Defense History Museum is a part of the National Defense Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the entrance to the museum in the atrium, attention is paid to the walls painted from the floor to ceiling with paintings depicting soldiers from different historical periods of Kazakhstan.  Here are bas-reliefs that tell about the features of the equipment, weapons and appearance of nomadic tribes of different eras.

 The exhibition includes the following halls:

 "Antiquity-XIX century"

 "Weapons of the XX-XXI centuries"

 "Military history of the twentieth century"

 "Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

 "Fine Arts". The museum's exposition includes more than 6,000 exhibits collected throughout the Republic, in particular, the museum displays items belonging to the hero of the Soviet Union Ivan Panfilov. In addition, the original letters about the fact that two of the 28 Panfilov soldiers received the title of Hero of the Soviet Union are kept here. As for the heroes of the new century, the museum has personal belongings of Kazakh cosmonauts Aydin Aimbetov and Talgat Musabayev, and even the flag of the Air Force of Kazakhstan, which flew around the Earth more than 150 times.
