Senior lecturer, PhD Oinarova Assem Askarovna took part in the essay contest "Robots and IHL" in the Kazakh language section and took 1st place in the nomination best work among specialists. The contest was organized by the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Russian Federation, Belarus and Moldova (ICRC). More than 100 researchers from all over the world took part in the essay contest. The competition was held in language sections in Azerbaijani, Armenian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Russian, Tajik, Turkmen, Uzbek and Ukrainian. Each language section was evaluated separately.
