December 11, 2019 at ENU. L.N. Gumilyov in the audience of the First President held a solemn event dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by academics, government and public figures, faculty, doctoral students, undergraduates and university students.
In his welcome speech, Vice-Rector Dikhan Kamzabekly congratulated everyone on the occasion and presented awards and letters of thanks. Among the awarded were Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Ibragimov Zhamaladen Ibragimovich, as well as Senior Lecturer of the Department of Civil, Labor and Environmental Law Abildinova Rymkul Abbasovna, who was awarded the medal "Kultegin".
