On June 26, 2023, a joint online defense of final master's theses of undergraduates of the educational program "7M04202 - International Law", studying under the double diploma program of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
As part of the commission of the final state certification from the side of the AGUPRT were present:
- Kudratov Nekruz Yuldoshevich - Doctor of Law Associate Professor, Head of Science and Innovation Department of the Tajik State Commercial University, Chairman;
- Kodirzoda Daler Saifullo, Ph.D. Associate Professor of the Department of International Law of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Izzatulloeva Savlatbi - Assistant of the Department of Law and Comparative Law of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Burkhonova Aziza Ismatovna - Assistant of the Department of International Law of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Secretary.
As part of the commission of the final state certification from the side of ENU were:
- Kulzhabaeva Zhanat Orynbekovna - Advisor to the Director of the Republican State Enterprise on the REM "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ph.D. in Law, Chairman;
- Tlepina Sholpan Valerievna - Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of International Law of L.N. Gumilyov, member;
- Abaydeldinov Erbol Musinovich - Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Department of International Law of the L.N. Gumilyov, member;
- Kala Nagima Sunkarbekovna - PhD, acting Associate Professor of the Department of International Law of L.N. Gumilyov, member;
- Sarsembaev Marat Aldangorovich - Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Department of International Law of L.N. Gumilyov,
- Akshalova Roza Dzharasovna - Doctor of PhD, Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Law of the L.N. Gumilyov, technical secretary.
The rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Doctor of Law, Professor, Gafurzoda Abdukhalil Davlatali, delivered a welcoming speech before the final attestation commissions, in which he expressed gratitude for the support and hope for further cooperation between our universities.
Akshalova Roza Dzharasovna and Kala Nagima Sunkarbekovna acted as supervisors of master's theses from outside.
Master's students showed a high level of preparation of their final works and knowledge of the material on the topic of the dissertation, excellent command of the English language.
At the end of the work of the final attestation commission, the undergraduates expressed their gratitude to the leadership of ENU and AGUPRT, and the parties expressed their readiness to expand cooperation in the joint preparation of doctoral students.
