On May 25, 2022, a presentation of new books dedicated to the 50th anniversary of scientific and public activity of Sergey Fedorovich Udartsev - Doctor of Law, Professor, Honorary Lawyer of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place.
The presentation was attended by I.I. Rogov, Chairman of the Human Rights Commission, Member of the Venice Commission from the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Executive Director of the N. Nazarbayev Foundation; members of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Shapk Unzila, Doctor of Law, Professor; V.A. Malinovsky, Doctor of Law, Professor; A.K. Daulbayev, Candidate of Law, ex-Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty), Chairman of the Kazakhstan Library Union – Bakhytzhamal Kairbekovna Ospanova and Nuria Amangalievna Iskalieva, Deputy Director of the Library for Information Technologies and Innovations; Head of the Central Scientific Library of the RSE at the "Gylym Ordasy" PHB of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty) – Svetlana Shaimuratovna Isakanova; teaching staff of the Universities of KAZGUU named after M.S. Professor S.F. Udartsev made a presentation of his book "Law and the State as institutions and ideas: Past and Future (selected)" (Moscow: Yurlitinform, 2022. – 536 p.)

The presentation of the Bio-bibliographic index published by the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan was made by Nuria Amangalievna Iskalieva, Deputy Director of the Library for Information Technology and Innovation.
The presentation of the book "Udartsev Sergey Fedorovich: Materials for the bio–bibliography of scientists of Kazakhstan" was made by Svetlana Shaimuratovna Isakanova, Head of the Central Scientific Library of the RSE at the PHV "Gylym Ordasy" of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty).
The presentation of the book "Sergey Fedorovich Udartsev: scientist and public figure / Compiled by Doctor of Law, Professor Sh.V. Tlepina / KAZGUU University named after M.S. Narikbayev. – Nur-Sultan: Dame LLP, 2022. – 544 p." This book was presented by Sh.V. Tlepina, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of International Law of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU. The book was told by Kairat Alimzhan, Candidate of Law, partner of Sed Lex LLP; K.S. Maulenov, Doctor of Law, Professor of the International University of Information Technologies (Almaty), Winner of the Chokan Valikhanov Prize and Zh.G. Kalisheva, Candidate of Law, Head of the Bureau for Evaluation and Certification of Lawyers, Professor Emeritus of the M.S. Narikbayev KAZGUU University.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of L.N. Gumilyov ENU E.A. Ongarbayev, Doctor of Law, Professor presented Professor S.F. Udartsev with the Congratulatory Address of the Rector of L.N. Gumilyov ENU academician E.B. Sydykov and the Lev Gumilyov Medal.
The congratulatory speech was delivered by Doctor of Law, Professors – M.A. Sarsembayeva and E.M. Abaydeldinov, Professors of the Department of International Law; E.B. Abdrasulov, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of Law and State, Constitutional Law; K.Zh. Baltabaev, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines; A.M. Nurmagambetov, Head of the Department of Civil, Labor and Environmental law of L.N. Gumilev ENU.
The presentation of new books was held at a high level in a businesslike, friendly atmosphere. The participants of the Presentation showed interest in the new books of Professor S.F. Udartsev. The speeches of the heads of the two most important libraries, libraries with millions (according to S.F. Udartsev) of our country - N.A. Iskalieva (on behalf of the Director of the National Bank of Kazakhstan B.K. Ospanova), S.Sh. Isakanova were heard with great attention.
The presented books were transferred by S.F. Udartsev to the fund of the scientific library of the L.N. Gumilev ENU.
