According to the Program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On inviting foreign scientists to universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the initiative of the Department of International Law of the Faculty of Law of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU. to share experiences and read lectures in November 2018, the Eurasian National University invites law students, professor, head of the international law department of the St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg, Russian Federation) - Sergey Vladimirovich Bakhin.
Bakhin S.V. is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court of the Russian Association of Lawyers, an arbitrator of the International Center for Dispute Resolution at the CIS Economic Court.
During his stay at L.N. Gumilyov ENU, lectures are scheduled, as well as the consultation of Professor Bakhin S.V. with doctoral students of the Department of International Law. Furthermore the professor Bakhin S.V. will take part in the scientific and practical school, during which he will share his scientific and practical experience with young scientists of the department and the Faculty of Law.
For the period of his short trip to ENU, Professor Bakhin S.V. will hold lectures on the disciplines “International, regional and national mechanisms for the protection of business rights” for undergraduates in the specialty 6M030200-International Law, “Philosophy of International Law” for doctoral students in the specialty “6D030200 - International Law”.
