Congress of the party Nur Otan "20 years of creation and development"
February 27, 2019 held the XVIII Congress of the Nur Otan Party table organized by the Central Office of the Nur Otan Party of Astana "Nur Otan 20 Years of Creation and Development"
The meeting was attended by Elbasy-party leader N.Nazarbayev, members of the new Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regional akims, public figures, experts, employees of the Central Office of the party Nur Otan, doctor of law, associate professor of the theory and history and law, constitutional law Ibragimov Zh.I.
The following issues were on the agenda of the congress: 1. About the Nur Otan party program until 2020;
2. On making changes and amendments to the Charter of the party;
3. On the results of the work of the Political Council of the Party and the Central Control and Auditing Commission for the reporting period;
4. On the election of members of the Political Council of the Party and the Central Control and Auditing Commission.
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev spoke at the congress on the main priorities of the party’s program until 2030 “Society of Welfare: 10 goals of the decade”. The leader of the Nation noted that this program opens up broad horizons of a strategic vision and defines the main outlines of the development of society and the state in the coming decade.
After the end of the event, the delegate of the congress Zh.I. Ibragimov gave an interview to media journalists.
In the speech Ibragimova Zh.I. It was noted that the Head of State identified 4 basic components of our national idea, this is: national unity; competitive strong economy; intellectual prosperous society; country respected in the world. All this is the basis for the successful development of Kazakhstan. In turn, the Doctrine of National Unity rests on four pillars: a common history; shared values; common homeland; common future. Our main priority is to ensure the standard of living of citizens and the development of Kazakhstan as a socially-oriented state.
Zh.I. Ibragimov stressed that in order to implement the instructions of the Head of State, the party should become one of the main “social elevators” for active citizens and a source of personnel for the system of government at all levels. All Nur Otan members must be true patriots and have an impeccable reputation. The authority of the party among the population is created not only by large-scale actions or activities in the center. The image of the party in the eyes of ordinary Kazakhstanis is formed by daily work in the field.
