Within the framework of the planned events "Rukhani Zhangyru" on the topic: "Eldik darister" Candidate of Law Baimoldina S.M. held a curatorial hour with the curatorial group of the 3rd course "Jurisprudence" on the topic: "Contribution of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan", achievements of independence of Kazakhstan. This curatorial hour was attended by a leading foreign scientist – Alla Lospanovna Mongush, Candidate of Law, Head of the Department of Civil Law of Tuva State University, Republic of Tyva. At this curatorial hour, S.M. Baymoldina told the students about the achievements of Kazakhstan over the thirty-year period of the country's existence in the field of economy, the expansion of cooperation within the framework of Kazakhstan's foreign and domestic policy, the formation of a national legal platform, the development of the science of jurisprudence, culture. Alla Mongush told about the long-term mutual friendship between the peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan, about the role of friendship between the presidents of two neighboring powers – Russia and Kazakhstan.
