On February 27-28, 2020, the international scientific and practical conference "the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 1995 and its significance in the development of the state and society" (Shaiken readings) was held in Aktobe.
The conference was organized by the Aktobe regional akimat, the public Fund named after Nagashybai Shaikenov, the Institute of legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On the first day of the conference, on February 27, a thematic exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the works of N. A. Shaikenov was prepared.
The conference and Exhibition launched anniversary events dedicated to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1995).
A plenary session was held with the participation and speech of akim of Aktobe region of Andesine Sally orazalina.
At the plenary session were made by M. K. Suleimenov's report "Nagashi Shaikenov: life as a feat". In his speech, academician Suleimenov emphasized "Nagashbay amangalievich Shaikenov is a brilliant scientist, doctor of law, Professor, adviser to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Minister of justice, Deputy Prime Minister, a major reformer, author of the country's Constitution, Creator of legal reform in Kazakhstan, a major statesman, knight of the order "Parasat", an outstanding organizer of legal education, rector of the Kazakh state law Institute (University, Academy). This list of titles and marks of recognition can be continued indefinitely, because all this is true, and everything that is not listed here, but exists, is also true."
Academician Suleimenov divided the life path of N. A. Shaikenov into three stages: 1) becoming a scientist in Russia; 2) a major statesman in Kazakhstan; 3) implementing a favorite cause – the creation of the Kazakh state law Institute.
Professor Z. H. Baymoldina, rector Of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan "the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the basis of reform in the field of justice" spoke about the history of the current Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 12 members of the expert Advisory Council under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
