Master of Laws, senior lecturer of the International Law Department of the Law Faculty of the L .N. Gumileva Eurasian National University took place in the extended meeting of the Commission on human rights of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was held in the meeting room of the Administration of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 22, 2018.
The issues "On priority measures aimed at combating illicit drug trafficking and drug addiction, on the prevention of drug addiction and the development of a healthy lifestyle in the context of ensuring citizens' rights to protect their health" and "On some topical issues of ensuring constitutional guarantees of property provided for Article 26 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan" were discussed according to the agenda
Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Commission on Human Rights of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassymov K.N. and Vice-Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported about the first question. After the discussion member of the Commission decided, that additional pilot projects on the application of opioid alternative therapy in Kazakhstan were organized by appropriate authorized bodies.
Members of the commission decided, that the provision of constitutional guarantees of property provided in Article 26 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the decision about preparing detailed recommendations for the next meeting of the Commission were taken into account of members about the second question.
