On February 20 of this year the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a working meeting to discuss the problems of labor legislation. Gumilev, Associate Professor, Doctor PhD Madina Yessirkepova, NGO "Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers", NGO "Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan", ULE "Republican Association of Mining and Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises" Association "KAZENERGY", Public Association "Industrial Trade Union of Machine Builders", NGO "Branch Trade Union of Workers of the Construction Complex and Housing and Communal Services", PA "Branch Trade Union of Coal Industry Workers", NGO "Branch Trade Union of Nuclear Industry Workers", NGO "Kazakhstani" branch trade union of workers of culture, sports, tourism and information ", NGO" Branch trade union of workers of mining, metallurgical industry and allied industries "Кәс іпҚазақмыс ", Public Association" Branch Mining and Metallurgical Trade Union "Kazprommetal" and others.
During the working meeting, issues of application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Trade Unions", including rationing and remuneration of labor, social standards in the sphere of labor, collective bargaining, settlement of labor disputes, in particular participation of trade unions and other issues. Participants in the working meeting made suggestions and recommendations on the problems of labor legislation, and also expressed the desire to continue cooperation in discussing problems in this area.
