According to the academic calendar for the 2020-2021 academic year, fourth-year students of the "Bachelor's Degree" direction, graduating from the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines, underwent industrial practice in the period from January 04 to February 13, 2021 on the basis of leading social partner organizations that carry out their professional activities in the main areas of law enforcement and law enforcement activities in accordance with the profile of the educational program.
First of all, students for this type of practice were assigned to the Police Department of Nur-Sultan and its structural divisions, the Court of Nur-Sultan, the Prosecutor's Office of Nur-Sultan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Individual trainees were trained on the basis of three-way contracts in similar structures at the place of residence or in organizations of the corresponding profile, taking into account the professional preferences of the trainees. In the period from 15 to 19 February 2021. responsible teachers of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines conducted the final defense of reports on the passage of industrial practice.
Students demonstrated online reporting documentation in the form of characteristics, analytical reports, photo reports, slide developments, attached materials and procedural documents. In addition, the trainees clearly demonstrated the skills and abilities acquired in the course of practical training, as well as the result of consolidating the theoretical knowledge gained in the course of training. The students ' answers were highly informative, objective, and had a complete and logically sound character. All students showed an appropriate level of professional competence and high results based on the results of their practical training and the protection of the reporting documentation.
