On April 4, 2022, undergraduates of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – APO at the State Duma of the Republic of Kazakhstan) Nurkhan Arman, Urazalin Bauyrzhan and Murat Zhan with the participation of the head of pedagogical practice – Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law of L.N. Gumilyov ENU, PhD Saktaganova I.S. and a teacher of the Department of Special Humanities of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the APO at the State Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan Esimkhan Zh.I. an open lesson was held – a binary lecture on the discipline «Tax law» on the topic: «Financial, legal, administrative and criminal liability for tax offenses».
In the course of the lesson, the undergraduates shared their practical experience with the students and answered their questions.
