On April 20, this year, II International Forum "Medical Law" was held at the Institute of Law and Entrepreneurship of V.F. Yakovlev Ural State Law University.
More than 250 participants participated in the International Forum, and these are 5 countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, the Donetsk People's Republic, Russia), 43 cities, 85 universities.
Representatives of the Department of Civil, Labor and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law participated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Nurgaliyeva Enlik Nurgaliyevna, Doctor of Law, Professor took part in the section "Medical law, labor law and social security law: problems of intersectoral interaction" with a report on "Medical workers in the primary health care system in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Problems of digitalization of medicine in the Republic of Kazakhstan), PhD student Olzhabayeva Xeniya Bulatovna participated in the section "Section of Young researchers" with a report on the topic "Some issues of judicial practice on labor disputes of medical workers".
Research works are performed by the teaching staff of ENU within the state grant financing of scientific projects ordered by the Ministry of Education and Science AP08857075 "Development of a legal mechanism for regulating the work of medical and pharmaceutical workers" under Contract No. 321 dated November 19, 2020.
