On June 25, 2022, an extended meeting of the department was held to hear the reports of 3rd-year doctoral students. As part of their presentation, the doctoral students presented reports for three years of study under the doctoral program. In their speeches, doctoral students told about the passage of scientific and pedagogical, research practices, scientific internships, as well as participation in scientific courses on the topics of their research.
The meeting was attended by the chairman of the State Attestation Commission, Ausharip Galym Maratovich, and members of the commission, Doctor of Law, Professor Aybadeldinov Erbol Musinovich, Head of the Department of International Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Tlepina Sh.V. and the teaching staff of the Department.
The first was the doctoral student Yelegen A.E. with the topic of the dissertation "Regulation of the use and use of AI in Kazakhstan and international medical law".
Then B.S. Karazhan spoke with the topic of the dissertation "International legal problems of the participation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the World Trade Organization". Scientific supervisors – Doctor of Law, Professor, M.A. Sarsembayev, foreign scientific consultant – Doctor of Law, Professor A.I. Abdullin.
The final presentation was the report of Salykova D.O. The doctoral student told about the main provisions of the dissertation research on the topic "International criminal justice bodies: genesis, current state, development prospects". Scientific supervisor - Doctor of Law, Professor Abaydeldinov E.M.
During the presentations, the doctoral students were asked questions on the topics of their dissertations. They showed a high level of knowledge and preparedness for the defense, and also received positive feedback from their supervisors.
