Professor of the Department of International Law M.A., Sarsembayev and Sh.V, Tlepina were awarded on the eve of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On December 14, 2021, the Constitutional Council held a solemn meeting dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was opened by the Chairman of the Constitutional Council K.A. Mami, Doctor of Law, Professor. K.A. Mami noted that this year is significant anniversary date - the 30th anniversary of the State sovereignty of Kazakhstan. All these years, under the leadership of the First President – Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev, the state was able to gain true independence, establish state borders, form an effective state apparatus, and implement important reforms. They continue in the activities of the President of the Republic K.K. Tokayev, who initiated a number of measures to further strengthen the established Kazakh statehood, the speaker said.

On the recommendation of the Constitutional Council, M.A. Sarsembayev, Doctor of Law, Professor, member of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Constitutional Council, was awarded the Parasat Order for a significant contribution to the realization of constitutional values.

The departmental award of the Constitutional Council - the medal "Constitutionalyk zandylykty nygaituga koskan ulesi ushin" was awarded to Sh.V. Tlepina, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of International Law, member of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Constitutional Council.
