From April 3 to April 10, 2023, the Department of International Law holds the anniversary X International Scientific and Practical School on International Law "Actual Problems of Theory, Practice and Teaching of International Law", dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the specialized Department of International Law of ENU.
In 2023, the main topic of the X International Scientific and Practical School is "Alternative ways to resolve international disputes."
On April 4, 2023, Daria Sergeevna Boklan, Doctor of Law, Professor, Deputy Head of the Department of International Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, acted as a guest lecturer.
In his guest lecture Boklan D.S. on the topic “Peculiarities of Dispute Resolution in the Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization” highlighted the issues of what place the Dispute Settlement Body occupies in the structure of the WTO bodies, what contribution the WTO DSB has made to the development of international trade law and what are the causes of the crisis of the WTO DSB Appellate Body.
The lecture aroused the interest of the audience, who actively asked questions after the lecture. Upon graduation, the head of the department of international law of the ENU. L.N.
