As part of the celebration of the Day of Science Workers on April 12, 2023, a round table was held organized by the Akimat of the Almaty region (hereinafter referred to as the region) of the city of Astana. Akim of the region Maksat Samatuly met with representatives of the scientific and academic community of the city of Astana.
Lecturer at the Department of International Law, PhD Zhunusbekova A.Zh. took part in this round table dedicated to the day of workers of science.
During the meeting, issues of research areas of cooperation were considered. It was especially noted that this year marks the 25th anniversary of the founding of the region. In this regard, it was proposed to create a book about the history of the region, to increase the historical monuments in the region. It was noted that there are few parks in the region, which provides for an increase in parks, the renewal of many squares and parks, such as Zheruyik Park and B. Momyshuly Park.
Also, the questions touched upon the popularization of scientific activities among young people. It was proposed to organize graffiti festivals among young people, including under bridges, which in turn would prevent crime among young people.
At the end of the event, the akim thanked all those present and wished everyone good health, family well-being and creative success.
