With the assistance of the International Academy "Concord" was organized a scientific internship at the University of Sorbonne (April 26 to May 10, 2019). Under the auspices of the Sorbonne University, Ph.D. and law ”to discuss topical issues of politics, diplomacy and law, as well as social policy issues and social responsibility of business in solving key problems of the social sphere in the activities of French society. These problems have acquired particular significance in France in connection with the protest movement of the "yellow vests". The conference was held at the Ministry for Equality of the Territories (May 2, 2019, France, Paris). The conference participants discussed issues of coordination of work in the field of regional development with the solution of the priority tasks for the further development of all regions of France. It is well known that the best guarantee of stability in society is social security and the welfare of citizens, as well as respect for their rights and freedoms. Based on world experience, it can be stated with confidence that there is no ideal and universal model of social policy. Unfortunately, there is not a single society where absolutely all citizens were satisfied with the existing social system. However, this does not cast doubt on the study of the experience of other countries in solving problems of social security and well-being of citizens, as well as respect for their rights and freedoms. In this regard, the French experience in solving the above-mentioned problems is of scientific and practical interest. The conference materials were successfully used later in writing the article “Improving the institution of the rights of the child in national law”.
Under the auspices of the Sorbonne University, she took part in a number of events held jointly with the House of Europe. I would especially like to mention the participation in the meeting of candidates for deputies of the European Parliament with young people. This experience is valuable to us in connection with the proclamation of the Year of Youth in our country.
Participation in the debates organized by the House of Europe and the University of Sorbonne was also a significant event. The debut was attended by K. Sharl, Director and one of the authors of the Historical Encyclopedia of Europe. The focus of scientific interests is the analysis of the historical roots of integration, which makes it possible to understand the essence and scope of the current problems of the European Union. The moderator of the debate was the Director of the House of Europe K. Lalyumir and Professor of Sciences PoParis E. Luaye.
During the scientific internship she worked in the leading libraries of France - National Library of France, UNESCO Library, working with the funds of the Sorbonne University Library. As part of the internship, she was acquainted with the activities of the Georges Pompidou Center.
From April 25 to May 10, 2019, Candidate of Laws, Associate Professor of the Department of TiSiP, KP Kapsalyamova Saule Serikpaevna with the assistance of the International Academy "Concord" improved her skills at the base of UNESCO headquarters (France, Paris). There is a certificate of passage of advanced training in the amount of 72 hours.
