Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan "UNITY OF THE PEOPLE AND SYSTEMIC REFORMS – A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR THE COUNTRY'S PROSPERITY"

On September 09, 2021, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines, Candidate of Law Baimoldina Svetlana Malikovna held a curatorial hour in the curatorial group, with 3rd-year students studying under the Educational program «Judicial-prosecutorial and investigative-criminalistic activities». During the curatorial hour, the main provisions of the Address of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan «THE UNITY OF THE PEOPLE AND SYSTEMIC REFORMS are A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR THE COUNTRY'S PROSPERITY» were revealed.
In particular, the Message noted that in the conditions of the pandemic, the state provided large-scale and operational support to citizens and businesses. The program "Economy of simple things" has proved its effectiveness. As part of its implementation, more than 3.5 thousand projects were launched, 70 thousand jobs were created, goods and services worth 3.5 trillion tenge were produced.  Thanks to the Business Roadmap program, 66 thousand projects received state support. This helped to create and save more than 150 thousand jobs.
The New Message says that in the conditions of the formation of a new world order, we will have to give a serious impetus to reforms, the quintessence of which is the National Plan and Five Institutional Reforms.
To ensure a decent life for the citizens of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to protect their rights, strengthen the rule of law, strengthen the fight against corruption. The new Message contains a constructive plan of action, which consists of the following positions:

I. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE POST-PANDEMIC PERIOD
II. IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM
III. QUALITY EDUCATION
IV. IMPROVING REGIONAL POLICY
V. FORMATION OF AN EFFECTIVE ECOSYSTEM IN THE LABOR MARKET
VI. POLITICAL MODERNIZATION AND PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS
VII. CONSOLIDATION AS THE MAIN FACTOR OF FURTHER PROGRESS
