OPEN CLASS OF DOCTOR OF LEGAL SCIENCES, PROFESSOR BALTABAEV C.J.
On October 30, 2019, the Law Faculty held an open class of Doctor of Law, Professor Baltabaev K.Zh: "The concept and purpose of punishment.
In the course of the lecture a slide presentation on the topic of the lecture was demonstrated. In revealing the issues related to the general theory of punishment, the professor referred to the scientific works of famous scientists Anders, Karpets, Kristi, Rahimov, Naumov and others. Quoting the words of Professor Vyshinsky: "Confession of guilt, noted Professor Baltabaev K.Zh. At the lecture session, the lecturer noted the importance of punishment in the system of implementation of human rights protection.
This open session was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Zh.I. Ibragimov, Candidates of Law Sciences S.M. Baimoldina, N.B. Mergembaeva, M.B. Muratkhanova, E.A. Ashimova, senior lecturers E.K. Daurembekov, J.K. Tulepenov, Y.N. Drokin.
As a result of the lecture the dean noted the high level of the lecture, as well as the fact that Professor Baltabaev K.J. is the author of the textbook "Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (General and Special parts)".
