Within pedagogical practice on November 14, 2019 Jamantayev Daniyar, 2 course Master degree student of specialty 6M030100 "Jurisprudence" has held an open lesson with bachelor students of 3 course of law department (YuR-34 group). The topic of the lesson is "Theory and practice of civil procedural documents." Scientific director - Mukasheva Anar, Doctor of Law, professor.
The main purpose of the seminar was to study the various civil procedural documents, their structure and requirements for their preparation. During the lesson were considered procedural documents such as the protocol of court session, the court decision, the decisions of the court of first instance, the decision in absentia.
The open lesson took place in the format of division into groups of 3-4 people and presentations with the report. Also, in order to consolidate the material, rebuses and tasks on the above-mentioned topics were prepared.
The open lesson was attended by teachers, masters and students of the Department of Civil, Labor and Environmental Law.
In general, the open lesson took place according to the plan, the goal was achieved, and all students were involved and actively participated in the solution of cases and rebuses.
