Ormanova A. A., the Chairman of the Public Association, made a welcoming speech: "Today the whole world and our country in particular are on the threshold of global changes affecting the key spheres of social activity." Then the co-founder of the Institute, Associate Professor of the L. N. Gumilyov ENU Kapsalyamova S. S. spoke, determining that " the most important vector, largely determining the further transformation of the socio-cultural paradigm in Kazakhstan, can be considered the reorganization of the education system. Increasingly, in the professional context of the educational system, along with the generally accepted concepts of "student", "student", such a definition as "child with special educational needs"is included. Such a synthesis forces us to look at the educational process in a new way, to make it convergent, i.e. to implement it at the junction of new directions, which will allow us to introduce innovative approaches to the conduct of educational activities. One of such approaches can be considered the inclusion of inclusive education in the system of work not only of schools and additional education, but also in the organization of vacation recreation and recreation."
The children were entertained by volunteers from the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after Saken Seifullin, ENU named after L. N. Gumilyov, as well as young volunteers - schoolchildren. The summer camp program includes: chess club, book club, art therapy, speech therapist, speech pathologist, social skills training, occupational therapy, etc.
