Open lecture on the national public holiday – Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan

December 13, 2018 in 112 rooms for students of the faculty of law associate Professor of the Department of theory and history of state and law, constitutional law Ibragimov Zh.I. held an open lecture on the national public holiday – Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the theme: the Evolution of state-legal development of independent Kazakhstan.

The lecture was met by students with great interest, it was noted that the formation of the rule of law is a long and complex process. The modern period of sovereign Kazakhstan is characterized by the return of our state to the path of civilizational development. For the first time the Constitution of 1993 proclaimed the highest value of the Republic of Kazakhstan the person, his life, rights and freedoms. This provision was also enshrined in the current Constitution of 1995.
