Gumilev ENU held a meeting with 1st-year doctoral students of the educational program "8D04202 - International Law" and doctoral students who completed their doctoral studies in 2022 under the educational program "8D04202 - International Law".
Doctoral students of the 1st year of the educational program "8D04202 - International Law" - Almasuly A., Yergalimova A. N. spoke at a meeting of the Department of International Law in front of the teaching staff with reports for 1 year of study.
In their speeches, the 1st-year doctoral students covered in detail the following issues: the results of theoretical training, research and publication activities within the framework of doctoral dissertations.

Then the graduates of the educational program "8D04202 International Law" in 2022, Yelegen A.E., spoke with the topic of the dissertation "Regulation of the application and use of artificial intelligence in Kazakhstan and international medical law" and Karazhan B.S. with the topic of the dissertation "International legal problems of the participation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the World Trade Organization".

In their speeches, graduates of the educational program "8D04202 - International Law" covered in detail all procedural issues when performing research, scientific methods when conducting research in the chosen direction, and also voiced scientific novelty, provisions submitted for defense, and the results obtained.
During the discussion of dissertations by Yelegen A.E., Karazhan B.S., teachers of the department asked a large number of questions, which turned into a lively scientific discussion, following which recommendations and constructive suggestions were made.
Upon completion, the present members of the Department of International Law made a collegial decision – to take note of the reports of 1st-year doctoral students - Almasuly A., Ergalimova A. N. with recommendations, as well as acceptance of the submitted dissertations by Yelegen A.E., Karazhan B.S. with specific suggestions and recommendations on the content.
