Regular "GUEST" LECTURES by practitioners

Active work on the implementation of the schedule for conducting “guest” classes for 2022 of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law (TiIGiP, KP) of the L.N. Gumilyov is held by Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of TiIGiP, KP Temirzhanova L.A.

On March 30, 2022, the next “guest” lecture of practitioners was organized for 2nd year students of the transport and energy and architecture and construction faculties in the discipline “Anti-corruption culture” on the topic: “Activities of the prosecutor's office to combat corruption” by employees of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Special Legal Disciplines Amurtaeva D.T. and PhD, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Special Legal Disciplines Avgustkhan S.D.

Lecturers - Amurtaeva D.T. and Augustkhan S.D. interestingly and meaningfully told about the activities of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the main provisions of the Instructions on the types of supervision, the work of the information and analytical system "Kadagalau", the ongoing work with citizens' appeals and answered in detail the questions received.

 

As practitioners, prosecutors paid attention primarily to the actual features of prosecutorial supervision, innovations in combating corruption. The lecturers connected each of their answers to questions from the audience with examples from practice.

Both lecturers showed a high level of professionalism, shared their practical experience, they accompanied their presentation materials with a detailed explanation according to the stated topic.
