GUMILYOV ENU PARTICIPATED IN THE X INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL YOUTH CONFERENCE «THE WAY TO SCIENCE. JURISPRUDENCE» IN YAROSLAVL, RUSSIA
Within the framework of international cooperation, on April 22, 2021, the X International Scientific and Practical Youth Conference «The Way to Science. Jurisprudence» in Yaroslavl, organized by the Faculty of Law of the Yaroslavl State University named after P.G. Demidov. This event was attended by students of universities of the Russian Federation and foreign countries.
Students of the 3rd year of the Faculty of Law of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University became participants of the section «Financial Law», «Business Law» of the X International Scientific and practical Youth Conference «The Way to Science. Jurisprudence».
At the section «Business Law», a report was made by a 3rd-year student Nusupbekov Kayyrzhan Erdenovich «State and legal regulation of business activity in the context of a pandemic", under the scientific supervision of Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Saktaganova Indira Sovetovna.
At the section «Financial Law», 3rd year students made reports: Bauyrzhan Nurdaulet Bakytbekuly «The legal status and role of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a management body in the banking sector», Damir Serikbayev «Some aspects of anti-corruption policy in the field of inter-budgetary relations of the Republic of Kazakhstan», Akylzhanova Akbota Maratkyzy «Legal regulation of the monetary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan», under the scientific supervision of PhD Associate Professor Kapsalyamova Saule Serikpaevna.
All participants of the conference received certificates and experience in conducting a comparative analysis of the business, financial, tax, and budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
