January 15, 2018 at the meeting of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law, the annual Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "New Development Opportunities in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" was discussed.
Delivered with information. Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law Doctor of Law, Professor Ibrahimov Zh.I. and drew the attention of teachers to the 9th priority of the Message.
In the course of the discussion, S.S. Nurmagambetova, Ph.D., Associate Professor Kapsalamova SS, Ph.D. Almuhambetov Zh.N. and other teachers of the department. The faculty of the department took an active part in the discussion of the Message, during which an exchange of views took place in each of its areas. The seventh direction, devoted to the new quality of education and increasing the prestige of the teacher, aroused a special interest among the participants. With great enthusiasm, the participants in the discussion took note of the report on raising the salaries of teachers. Ph.D., Associate Professor Kapsalyamova SS stressed that the implementation of the tasks of the Head of State related to the education system will be a motivational impetus for the professional development of teachers and will lead to the development of human capital.
In conclusion of the discussion of the annual Message, participants came to a common opinion that thanks to political stability and public consensus in Kazakhstan all conditions for the modernization of the economy, politics and consciousness were created.
