The Department of Criminal Law Disciplines implements two-degree programs of master's degree in the scientific and pedagogical direction, developed and approved on the basis of a joint agreement between the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and Tyumen State University.
Two-degree education is implemented in the direction 40.04.01. "Jurisprudence" of the Institute of State and Law of TSU and according to the educational program 7M04204 "Judicial Power and Criminal Justice" of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of the L. N. Gumilev ENU.
The implementation of two-degree education is also carried out in the direction 40.04.01. "Jurisprudence" of the Institute of State and Law of TSU and according to the educational program 7M04201 "Jurisprudence" of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of the L. N. Gumilev ENU.
So, at the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the L. N. Gumilyov ENU, two educational programs of two-degree education were developed and approved: the educational program 7M04204 "Judicial Power and Criminal Justice" and the educational program 7M04201 " Jurisprudence, the duration of training is 2 years, at the end of which the academic degree of Master of Law is awarded, in the direction 40.04.01. "Jurisprudence" of the Institute of State and Law of TSU master of Law in this direction.
The uniqueness of the two-degree education lies in the fact that undergraduates after two years of study at the L. N. Gumilev ENU at the Faculty of Law at the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines and at the Institute of State and Law of TSU have the opportunity to receive two diplomas at once (of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan) certifying the competence to apply their knowledge, skills and skills both in Kazakhstan and in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The program of two-degree education provides for distance learning, 1st-year undergraduates study at TSU for the first two semesters, the 3rd semester at the L. N. Gumilyov ENU, the fourth semester of the second year of study is held at two Universities, due to the passage of scientific internships, research practice and defense of master's theses provided for in the curriculum. The defense of master's theses will be conducted by a jointly created commission consisting of scientists from TSU and ENU named after L. N. Gumilev.
Training in two-degree education under the educational programs 7M04204 "Judicial Power and Criminal Justice" and 7M04201 "Jurisprudence" of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of the L. N. Gumilyov ENU provides great opportunities for undergraduates to obtain fundamental knowledge based on a comparative analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, on the study of international experience of other states, law enforcement activities of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan.
