EXCHANGE OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE between departments and binary "GUEST" LECTURES PRACTICE

On November 2, 2021, an exchange of experience took place on the subject of "Prosecutor's supervision" for 1st, 4th year students of the Faculty of Law Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law (hereinafter referred to as TiIHiP, KP), LN Gumilyova Temirzhanova L.A. and holding a lecture on the topic: "The powers of the prosecutor in law enforcement, public prosecution in the context of digitalization, recommendations for countering cybercrimes, cyber-robbery" organized jointly with Ph.D., professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines Bekmagambetov A.B. and a binary "guest" lecture of the practice of the senior prosecutor of the prosecutor's office of the Tselinograd district of the Akmola region, a 2-grade lawyer, a 2-year master's student of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Ibadillauli Ulan, who also shared problematic aspects of law enforcement practice.



At the lecture, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor L.A. Temirzhanova, as well as a practitioner, shared her many years of practical experience in maintaining public prosecution in court, talked about existing problems, the basics of public prosecution in the context of digitalization, focused the attention of the audience on law enforcement practice and presented study guides.

The exchange of practical experience and the binary “guest” lecture was dynamic and aroused a “lively” interest from the audience. In a dialogue mode, the lecturers answered questions from students and faculty, presented their presentation material, statistical data from practical activities.
