On January 17, 2023, at the department of criminal law disciplines of the faculty of Law of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU, a scientific and methodological seminar was held on the topic: "Ensuring the quality of the educational program as a condition for improving the competitiveness of personnel", the main speaker was c.j.s. Mergembayeva N.B.
The scientific and methodological seminar was attended by students of the EP "Judicial-prosecutorial and investigative-criminalistic activity", undergraduates of the EP "Forensic examination", "Judicial power and Criminal Justice".
Students and undergraduates of the educational programs of the department of criminal law disciplines actively participated in the discussion of the educational programs of the department, noted the positive aspects, outlined the practice orientation of the profile and elective disciplines, teaching disciplines by practitioners with a visit to the branches of the department, where they had the opportunity to gain practical skills.
Students and undergraduates expressed a position on the quality of educational programs of the Department of Criminal Law disciplines corresponding to the levels of obtaining professional knowledge, new disciplines were proposed as recommendations, which will be discussed and taken into account to improve the content.
