Since March 1, 2022, the Deputy Dean for Research of the Faculty of Law, Doctor PhD Balgyntaev Asset Oralgazyevich, within the framework of the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak", is undergoing a scientific internship at the Department of Criminal Procedure, Justice and Prosecutorial Supervision of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov.
The scientific internship is organized according to the new category of scholarship holders “500 scientists” and was initiated in the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev dated September 1, 2020.
The purpose of the scientific internship of Balgyntaev Aset Oralgazyevich is the scientific understanding of the current trends in the development of the criminal process, as well as the use of the results obtained to improve the domestic theory and practice of the criminal process.
The internship base was chosen taking into account the scientific potential of legal scholars and logistical support.
The scientific internship of Aset Balgyntaev involves participation in various scientific events, collection and analysis of theoretical material, consultations with leading scientists, visits to scientific libraries, publication of articles and reports, study of the organization of scientific activities and the educational process, etc., which together will be reflected in the increase of scientific competence fellow.
It should be noted that Moscow State University is included in the Top 100 universities in the world according to the QS ranking and is ranked 78th.
