As one of the main areas of work of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines is the organization of various forms of mutually beneficial cooperation with law enforcement agencies, research institutions and leading partner universities implementing relevant educational programs in the field of "Law" and "Law Enforcement". In this context, the Department of UPD carries out consistent work on interaction with the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in various directions. Among them, participation in international and regional scientific conferences held by the parties, joint round tables, dissertation councils, organization and conduct of relevant types of professional practice, etc. In the current academic year, the fruitful cooperation of the teaching staff of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of the NAO ENU named after L.N.Gumilev with the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies traditionally takes place at a fairly high level, which is confirmed by concrete results. On this basis, the effective work of the teaching staff of the Department of UPD was noted by the leadership of the Academy accordingly. In particular, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Smatlaev B.M., Head of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines, Ph.D., Professor Sembekova and senior lecturer of the Department, Drokin Yu.N. were awarded letters of thanks from the Head of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, State Councilors of Justice of the 3rd class, Suleimenov T.K.
