On the way of mutually beneficial cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

On March 10, 2022, at the invitation of the Police Department on Transport and the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teaching staff of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines represented by the head of the Department, PhD, Professor Sembekova, PhD, associate professor Muratkhanova M.B., senior lecturer Drokin Yu.N. with the participation of students of the second and third year of the educational program "Judicial and prosecutorial and investigative criminalistic activities", undergraduates of the OP "Forensic Examination" and "Judicial power and Criminal Justice" took part in a meeting on the application of modern methods of conducting an investigative inspection in case of aviation and railway accidents with the use of advanced means of technical and forensic support, including unmanned aerial vehicles.
The main moderator of this event was the head of the DP on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Police Major General Bekiev O.B. with the participation of the head of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Police Colonel Adilov S.A. Practical workers of the DP on transport, on the basis of a forensic training ground with a rolling stock in conditions as close to real as possible, demonstrated the main procedural and tactical-criminalistic approaches to the production of an investigative inspection in cases related to the commission of railway accidents involving serious consequences. Students and teaching staff of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines were shown modern technical forensic tools, including portable mobile complexes, equipment for identification and diagnostic studies in cases of this category.
This meeting aroused keen interest among students and teaching staff, as well as interest among practitioners to continue mutually beneficial cooperation in various areas.
