6.Prof. Dr. Yucel OGURLU is the Rector of Istanbul Commercial University and the Head of the Department of Administrative Law.
On May 25, at the 1st session: Studies of Global-international-regional administrative legislation, (Moderator: Prof. Dr. Meliksa Yasin), Ph. D., Assoc. ENU named after L. N. Gumilyov Osmanova Dinara Bakhtiyarovna with a report: "Execution of administrative acts: comparative legal analysis", defining the administrative legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other foreign states.
On May 25, at the 5th session: Administrative legislation "Human rights" and constitutional jurisdiction, (Moderator: Prof. Dr. Asuman Yilmaz), Ph. D., Assoc. ENU named after L. N. Gumilyov Kapsalyamova Saule Serikpaevna with a report: "Improvement of administrative and legal mechanisms for the protection of children's rights". In her speech, she identified the main problems and ways to improve this institute in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On May 26, the closing of the symposium was held, where the speakers: 1.Prof. Dr. Aydin GULAN - Faculty of Law, Istanbul University, Director of Ord. Prof. Dr. Siddiq Sami Onar Center for Research and Application of Administrative Law, Head of the Department of Administrative Law; 2.Prof. Dr. Yucel OGURLU is the Rector of Istanbul Commercial University and the Head of the Department of Administrative Law. This event was held at a high level, a comparative analysis was conducted, and experience was exchanged at the international level.
