An international online roundtable discussion on the implementation of institutional reforms in the National Plan for Higher Education was held

On April 6, 2018, LN International online round table on "Implementation of Institutional Reforms in the Higher Education Plan for Higher Education" was held within the framework of the University's Week of Science, organized by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Department of Constitutional Law of the Law Faculty of the LN Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The international round table was attended by lawyers from the Russian Academy of Justice (Moscow, Russia), Pyatigorsk State University (Pyatigorsk, Russia), Tyumen State University (Tyumen, Russia) and Altai State University (Barnaul, Russia) the issues of transformation of universities into non-profit joint-stock companies were discussed.
Moderator of international online conference, Dean of Law Faculty, Doctor of Law, Professor Amandykova SK made a presentation on the topic "The state policy of the state in the sphere of education: perspectives of supervision". After that, the professor of the Russian Academy of Justice, Doctor of Law syrryh VM Made a presentation on the topic "Problems of Creating Learning Law as a Self-sufficient Rule of Law". Then Vinnichenko O.Yu, Head of the Department of State and Law Theory and International Law at the Tyumen State University. "Stages of innovation and development of legislation in the formation of the Russian Federation", analyzing the essence of reforms in higher education. The next report was made by Deputy Director on Science, Doctor of Law, Professor Tkhabimimova LA, Director of the Pyatigorsk State University Law Institute. Report on the topic "Problems of competence of the Russian Federation and subjects in the formation of the Russian Federation".
After the Russian scientists, Kazakhstani scientists who conducted fundamental researches in the field of higher education spoke on the issues of transformation of higher education institutions into non-profit joint stock companies within the framework of the National Plan. In particular, the head of the chair of theory and history of state and law, the head of the Constitutional Law, candidate of jurisprudence, professor Altynbasov B.O. "The basic directions of development of higher education in RK". Subsequently, young Kazakhstani sciences Zhambaev ES, Osmanova DB, Myrzatayev ND, Esentemirova А.М. Within the framework of the National Plan, made a report on the reform of higher education institutions, creation of endowment funds. At the international online round table, the participants held a debate and expressed their opinion.
