The round table "criminal law and entrepreneurs" was moderated by A.V. Grinenko, Professor of the Department of criminal law, criminal procedure and criminalistics of the Moscow state Institute of international relations (University) Foreign Ministry of Russia, doctor of law, Professor, honored lawyer of the Russian Federation, E. Sidorenko L., Professor of the Department of criminal law, criminal procedure and criminalistics of the Moscow state Institute of international relations (University) MFA of Russia, General Director of the ANO "Platform for working with entrepreneurs 'appeals", doctor of law, Professor And O. Zaitsev, chief research officer of the Department of criminal and criminal procedure legislation; the judicial system of the Institute of legislation and comparative law under the government of the Russian Federation, Vice-President of the Union of criminalists and criminologists, doctor of legal Sciences, Professor, honored science worker of the Russian Federation.
  Reports were presented by I. I. Rogov (Deputy Executive Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, member of the European Commission for democracy through law (Venice Commission of the Council of Europe), Chairman of the Public Council of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of law, Professor) on the topic "Criminal law ethics in the field of entrepreneurship. Kazakhstan's experience", Sidorenko E. L. (Professor of the Department of criminal law, criminal procedure and criminalistics of the Moscow Institute of international relations (University) MFA of Russia, General Director of the ANO "Platform for working with entrepreneurs 'appeals", doctor of law, Professor) on the topic "Platform" For business "as a digital model for protecting entrepreneurs".
