International round table on the topic "The current state of human and citizen's rights and freedoms" conducted by the Law Faculty of the Eurasian National University named after LN. Gumilev

December 26 this year, under the guidance of the Dean of the Law Faculty of the Eurasian National University named after LN. Gumilev, Doctor of Law, Professor Amandykova SK, the teaching staff of the Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law Department held the International Round Table on "The Current Status of Human and Citizen's Rights and Freedoms" participated and spoke:

Christian Tsomplak - Doctor of Law, Professor of the University of Wroclaw (Poland, Warsaw) with a report on "Problems of protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms in the European Union";

Amandykova S.K. - Dean of the Law Faculty of ENU. L.N. Gumilev, doctor of jurisprudence, professor with a report on "Features of the protection of human rights and freedoms in Kazakhstan";

Abdrasulov E.B. - Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law, Law Faculty of ENU. L.N. Gumilev, doctor of jurisprudence, professor with a report on the "Experience of judges of the Eurasian Economic Court";

Voronina S.V. - Professor of the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, Altai State University, Ph.D., Associate Professor with a report on "Features of the protection of human rights and freedoms in the Russian Federation";

Ibragimov Zh.I. - Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law, Law Faculty of ENU. L.N. Gumilev, Doctor of Law, Professor with a report on "Some Problems of Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

 

During the discussion, topical and problematic issues of protecting human and civil rights and freedoms on the agenda of the scientific community, both in individual countries and in the European Union, were discussed. As a result of the work of the international roundtable, recommendations were adopted to improve the institutions for the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms.
