February 26, 2021, was held an international scientific and practical online conference: "Monitoring of labor and other sectoral legislation: social and legal aspect", that was dedicated to topical issues of labor, constitutional, civil, trade union, social, criminal, administrative, environmental law and other branches of law in the modern reality caused by the world pandemic.
The conference was held on the Zoom platform and united prominent scientists-jurists, experts lawyers, candidates, doctors of jurisprudence, associate professors, professors, representatives of various legal schools of the Commonwealth countries of the independent states (Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Uzbekistan).
The conference was organized by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, D.A. Kunayev Eurasian Law Academy. Representatives of more than 20 higher educational institutions took part in the conference.
During the conference, topical issues of the current labor law of Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Uzbekistan, the relationship of labor law with the norms of administrative, constitutional, criminal law were discussed.
