The head of the department of international law Tlepina Sh.V. and senior lecturers of the department - Akylov D.O. and Kostyanaya Yu.S took part in the methodological decade «Innovative educational process at the L.N. Gumilev ENU» within the framework of the Digital Kazakhstan program on January 29, 2018 in 112 audiences.
The head of the department Sh.V. Tlepina gave information about the beginning history and implementation of the cases methodology in the teaching process.
In the report «Features of the methodology of the application of cases (tasks) in international law»: senior lecturer Yu.S. Kostyanaya considered the theoretical aspect of the case study, in particular the main features, technological features and expected results of the case-study method; senior lecturer D.O. Akylov shared his experience in drafting cases on the disciplines of the specialty «International Law» and the methodology of their application during the educational process. He also talked about the use of cases in the final examination and the compliance of the principle of justice in assessing students’ knowledge.
