Mechanisms for lawyers and journalists to protect human rights

On October 20, the regional anti-corruption hub "Adilet" held an online seminar among the faculty of law and the faculty of journalism and political science on the zoom platform" mechanisms of lawyers and journalists in the protection of human rights", taking into account the relationship of the specialty between the two faculties.

The moderator was the Deputy Dean for work with students of the faculty of law Ayman karibayeva.

With a welcoming speech of the Dean of the law faculty Jamaludin Ibrahimov ibrahimovich. During his speech, he noted that the activities under the program of the Head of state "Ruhani zhangyru" are designed to improve legal literacy. The connections of Kazakh wisdom between the law and the thoughts of famous world thinkers Cicero, Nikolai Gavrilovich Chernyshevsky, Confucius were voiced.

Nugumanov spoke about the importance of educating young people in honesty and integrity in the education system. Students were invited to become a member of the office project "Adep". Dean of the faculty of journalism and political science of the Sak Kairat Omirbayuly noted that this initiative is important, about the importance of the profession of correspondent, and noted that to be a journalist nade have a heart. According to the Dean, the profession of journalism was the main weapon of the Alash leaders of the XX century, the media-the fourth power-is the only tool that speaks about the needs of the people.

Bolotova Gulzhaukhar Dzhambulovna, Deputy Dean for work with students, spoke about the role of the student clubs within the faculty.
